At MamCandlelight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can take advantage of our 14-day return policy. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

 

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Your item is in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It is unworn or unused.

  • It includes all original tags and is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at mamcandlelight@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us without delay. We will assess the issue and work to make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. All sales of these items are final.

 

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
